He has developed extensive expertise in identifying high value levers allowing a company to seize opportunities for growth or profitability optimization. His proven leadership allows him to mobilize teams around key objectives.

Pierre-Marc has deep expertise in institutional investing globally, more specifically across real estate, natural resources and large infrastructure projects.
He led and supervised more than twenty investments amounting to several hundred million dollars on behalf of institutional clients. His ability to synthesize and his continuous focus on operational improvements are central to his skillset.
Pierre-Marc is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and has the designations of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) et Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA).

Roger is a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about business and mentoring young professionals.
He has over 30 years of experience as an operator and investor in private companies.
He sold his Lecavalier Auto Part business to LKQ (NASDAQ: LKQ) in 2012.
He then acquired Orange Traffic and the company is now one of the largest manufacturers of signaling technology in Canada.
Roger Fugère
Arnau has in-depth knowledge of business challenges faced by SMBs and has contributed to the success of several business transfers over the years.
He also regularly assists Quebec SMEs in their industrial and commercial development in the United States.
He co-founded two offices at LTDL while leading the firm's growth strategy and now leads global business development initiatives.
Arnau holds the titles of CPA auditor, CA, M. Fisc, CPA (California, USA).

Jamie is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded TEC Energy in 2014.
TEC Energy is a major trading actor in North American electricity markets with operations across Canada and the US.
